More than happy to not be "skinny"

On my weekly (who am I kidding it's almost a daily obsession) stop at Starbucks I noticed they are promoting their new "skinny" drinks. Non-fat, no-whip, sugar-free syrup and lo and behold they have mocha as an option now. In a effort to not drink myself into obesity I usually choose non-fat no-whip mochas (much like diet dr pepper, after a while it tastes sweet) so I thought I would try the "skinny mocha".

TASTED LIKE BUTT!

After lconsidering the calorie and fat difference, I'll take my 50 extra calories and 1 gram of fat to enjoy something that tastes way better than licking the feet of a marathon runner.

Never personally licked the shoes of a marathon runner, but I'll take your word for it!

I know I haven't talked to you in forever, but it's good to know that some things haven't changed. Your love for Starbucks being one.

Hope you are doing well!

That was absolutely hysterical!!

my husband works at the bux, and yes, the sugar-free mocha is not of god. it's not even the same consistency of the regular mocha. not even close!

you put it so well. and that nasty taste will pop up 5 minutes after the last taste. it has an uncanny way of hanging around. frightening!

hahaha!! That is a great description, however, i like the Skinny Mocha, but the first one I had tasted awful, so I tried a different Starbucks and it was better. I find that my Starbucks at Parker and Alma is much better than the one on 75 and Spring Creek.

How was your trip? We need a game night soon!

Ok, I tried it too, and had the same thought! Well, not exactly the same thought, unfortunately I'm not nearly funny enough to have that thought. Hilarious!
