Question of the Week

If you had to choose 5 songs to go on a CD that would be titled with only your name, what would they be? Don't explain, just list the songs (that is part of the fun).

Low Man's Lyric -Metallica

[Maybe "Sad but True" (same artist) would be more accurate]

Everything's not lost -Coldplay

Float On -Modest Mouse

Luxury Cage -Republica

Rusty Cage -Johnny Cash

[Maybe "Can't Let Go" by Lucinda Williams would be more accurate]

Jes, go to Google, type in "[name of band] lyrics", and poke through the websites that come up. Even if you don't know the name of the song you want, you can usually find it by clicking on ones that look close and reading some of the lyrics.

I thought the assignment was to describe yourself through the songs you choose, not to list five of your favorite songs...

Katie?

Well Eric the "assignment" was a bit vague for that reason. The CD would of course represent you because only your name would be on it. If it was full songs that represented your life then great, if it was full of songs that you loved then great. Both represent you and say something about you.

I love all your answers and trying to figure out why you chose the songs you did.
